We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Eligible Regions: United States and International orders (see regional details below)

Items must be:

βœ“ Unused, unworn, and unwashed
βœ“ In original packaging with tags attached
βœ“ Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

βœ— Final sale / clearance items
βœ— Opened personal care or hygiene products
βœ— Items damaged through customer misuse

International Returns

We accept return requests from all countries we ship to.

For international orders:

β€’ Contact us within 30 days of delivery
β€’ For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: full refund or replacement offered without return required
β€’ For change-of-mind returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs
β€’ We will review each case individually to find the best resolution

Note: Due to international shipping costs, we may offer a partial refund or store credit in lieu of a physical return for eligible cases.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email support@sarahexpress.com with subject: "Return Request – Order #[your order number]"

Step 2: Include:

β€’ Order number
β€’ Item(s) to return
β€’ Reason for return
β€’ Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

Step 3: Wait for our response within 1–2 business days with authorization and instructions.

Step 4: Ship item back only after receiving authorization. Items sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

β€’ Defective / Damaged / Wrong item: Sarah Express covers return shipping. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
β€’ Change of mind / Incorrect size: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
β€’ Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

β€’ Inspection completed within: 2 business days of receiving return
β€’ Refund processed within: 3–5 business days after approval
β€’ Refund issued to: original payment method
β€’ You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
β€’ Additional 3–5 days may be required by your bank or card issuer

No restocking fees are charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

β€’ Contact us within 7 days of delivery
β€’ Include clear photos of the item and packaging
β€’ We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
β€’ No return required for low-value items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a full refund and place a new order. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering.
